Tiffany enjoys working with all ages and has special training in treating children (as young as 3). She supports those with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, transitions/adjustments, behavioral, and relational concerns. Tiffany enjoys using play therapy, IFS, Theraplay, attachment focused, strengths-based, and creative strategies to provide holistic treatment. Tiffany’s theoretical orientation is best understood through a body metaphor combining several theoretical orientations: The heart of her practice is Adlerian, the mind is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and the hands of her orientation utilize creative and play-based approaches. Ultimately, Tiffany believes that purposeful change occurs when clients engage in a supportive and nurturing professional relationship in which the therapist challenges cognitive distortions/blocks and creatively explores and encourages clients to be intentional in the way they engage with the world and treat themselves.
